Refund & Return Policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We do not offer cash refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Custom & Special Orders All custom and special orders are final sale and non-returnable.

Sale Items All items purchased during a sale promotion (40% off or otherwise) are final sale. No cash refunds. Store credit may be issued within 7 days of purchase only.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable.
